RNR Tire Express
RNR Tire Express is a successful tire retailer with 100+ locations spread throughout the South and Midwest. They were planning for significant expansion and needed help creating a high-end turnkey design and visual merchandising that would be both easily repeatable by franchisees and appealing to their low- to mid-tier customer base. They turned to Experience MINT to create an eye-catching, functional design for the POS, showroom and waiting area.
Retail Design and Execution
The experiential design by Experience MINT included technology-integrated fixtures and custom-built POS kiosks designed individualized interaction with each customer and seamless integration with the existing RNR POS equipment package.
For the products, the visual merchandising displays were designed with sophisticated functionality and presentation. The Wheel Wall elevated the design from the previous wire grid wall and is capped with a center digital signage display. To complement that Wheel Wall, a 3-sided feature floor display attracts customers to the most popular items in high traffic areas on the retail floor.
MINT designed a “re-charge bar” with customized power & USB outlets so people can use & re-charge their devices while they wait for their vehicle service. This stool height waiting area, complemented by traditional lower seating, allows customers to wait in a comfortable and upscale environment. The design is capped off with an accessory wall display to promote up-sell opportunities.
When fixture production was complete, Experience MINT coordinated white glove delivery and complete professional installation for every location.
Each store was provided with a layout custom-designed for their space that met brand initiatives for RNR’s visual merchandising and delivers an omni-channel customer experience that today’s customer expects. This turnkey solution has enabled the quick, consistent growth that RNR required for its expansion.
