B8ta sought out a high profile and unique in-line retail store environment which they found outdoors in the middle of an upscale Oakbrook Shopping Center outside of Chicago. B8ta engaged MINT to design an in-line store space with a captivating 4-sided glass pavilion to attract consumers from outside,and thus engaging them once inside.
The foundation of the in-line retail store design is attracting consumers from all 4 sides of the pavilion, so they use strategic display positioning and powerful signage. Custom 2-sided displays are placed around the perimeter to attract customers to B8ta’s products from the outside, and allows interaction from the inside. Additional floating product tables positioned on the retail floor encourage successful traffic flow so there is product interaction. The over-sized and illuminated fabric graphic panels against three sides of the pavilion draw attention by delivering key branding messages.
The environment includes customized retail intelligence technology along with B8ta’s network, and complete store audio solution. Technology allows B8ta to analyze customer behavior ensuring the most successful environment possible.
MINT delivers a complete turn-key solution as architect and installer of the retail analytic, network and audio solutions. The process entails locking down the design, obtaining mall approval, managing site prep, and overseeing the permitting process.
